The Athens Youth Leadership Academy (AYLA) is a program that is put in place to help our youth become leaders in our communities. This program helps students learn both leadership and everyday life skills. It is designed to offer youth the opportunity to learn leadership skills, etiquette, goal setting, team building, conflict management, as well as how to complete both a resume' and job/internship applications. With this program we want to show our youth that they can be whatever they want to be as well as do whatever they put their minds to. We want them to know that they can be the change in their generation and our society.
